Where can I find an empty Cameo-type necklace to put my own picture on?

I’m looking to create my own type of necklace like the following:

I order mine from this store on ebay. After lots of reserch they are the cheapest I have found.

I have never ordered from this site before but they have stuff too for pics, or you could get the ones that come with epoxy bubbles that you would just stick over the picture inside the cameo blank.
